I've known Lincoln since 2019 and he has always been a caring and thoughtful person. I've never thought about getting insurance for myself till I read up during my free time about the importance of it. However, instead of getting them from the agent which my family frequent, I decided to get it from Lincoln instead. During the phase of 'get to know' regards to what insurance I was looking at, even when Lincoln knew that I might not be getting insurance from him, he still made time to explain the details to me. Lincoln was also very transparent as well, such as sharing every information with me be it major or minor. I would just like to share how fortunate I am to have meet Lincoln after i finished my NS back in 2018. It’s definitely a period where many is struggling with what to do and which steps to take. I've had Lincoln as my financial consultant since last year (2019). Besides being very helpful and patient in helping me to address my financial needs, Lincoln is also someone who is very customer centric. Lincoln is not your typical FC which pushes you with policies that benefit himself but will sit down with you to understand your financial situation and your goals recommend the right policies to you. He is very respectful and meticulous in explaining the policies down to every single detail. He also made me realize how important it is to buy policies to cover myself and checked in on me from time to time even after I signed up with him for my plan, which separates him from other agents. He will also send festival greeting cards and small little gift to me which he don't have too. Lincoln and I go way back, from strangers to becoming close friends is a long journey. Throughout the years, he has been a very good mentor in all aspects of my life, someone that I look up to, highlighting his attitude towards work and life. He may seem to be unapproachable at first sight(probably haven't drink his 5th cup of coffee for the day), but if you look past that and have a chat with him, you will realise a chatty and helpful side of him. I wasn't fortunate enough to become one of his clients due to medical reasons, however he went all out to fight for my case even knowing with the slightest chance of succeeding.
